About Us

The energy behind McLiving Stables is Mallory McCormick, along with her husband Kelsey Mizeur, and two dogs Mash & Mazie.

Mallory and Kelsey have Midwest roots, but have lived in the DC area since 2013, and Fort Washington since 2017. They are both longtime avid skydivers, and along with their love of horses, they love to travel, be outside and spend time with friends, family and of course their two pups. They bought their picturesque little horse farm in Broad Creek in 2020 and opened up McLiving Stables in early 2021.

Mallory has more than 30 years in the equine world, caring for and riding horses since she was barely big enough to walk. Growing up on a horse farm in Indiana, Mallory is a 3rd generation equestrian who's grandfather raced quarter horses in the Midwest. She has experience in a variety of disciplines, but her primary love is barrel racing.

Kelsey grew up in Arkansas. He is a videographer and photographer by trade. Though he doesn't have the extensive equine background that Mallory has, he has devoloped into an A+ ranch hand, and loves being around and caring for the horses just as much.

Mash joined the family in 2013 and he loves doing whatever Mallory and Kelsey are doing. Mazie joined the family in 2020 and loves doing whatever Mash is doing. And they both absolutely love life on the farm!
